Hello & welcome to Cry Baby! :) my name is Vanessa, I am a Deep Tissue Intuitive BodyWorker and i run the Cry Baby Collective in Fresno, California! A like-minded group of Artists & Healers dedicated to providing a space oozing with genuine & authentic compassion, acceptance, generosity, comfort & safety. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cry Baby enforces a no-show/cancellation policy on services and reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any last minute cancellations. no shows/same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service booked. All appointments must be made through the booking link & a card on file will be required as well as a non-refundable booking deposit. Rescheduling must be done no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. Failure to pay this fee will result in a permanent block from booking with anyone at Cry Baby. A 10 minute grace period is offered before your appointment is cancelled/rescheduled. If you arrive within the 10 minutes, any time missed will be taken off of your service and you will be charged full price. If I am late, you will still receive your full service.
